This board will heat up to 90 degrees C in about 8 minutes on 12V. It has a resistance of 2.5ohm max. With 24V you can get to 120 degrees in 6 minutes. Resistance of the board may differ from 1.5 to 2.5ohm.

You can use kapton tape to fit the thermistor to the heated bed.
ABS temp: 110°C PLA temp: 50-60°C
